My Story

I’m an Independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent adults. As a late-identified neurodivergent woman, I was diagnosed with ADHD at 33—a moment that brought both relief and a profound understanding of my own lifelong experiences. That personal journey shapes the way I show up in the therapy room: with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique mind and story.

Whether you’re formally diagnosed, self-identified, or just starting to explore your neurodivergence, I offer neuro-affirming therapy that centers emotional safety, self-trust, and authenticity. I draw from interpersonal, strength-based, positive, and holistic approaches, always adapting to what works best for your nervous system—not against it.

I bring both professional training and lived experience with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I work with adults through a lens of compassion and collaboration, helping you make sense of your internal world, build on your strengths, and create space for healing and growth.

My background includes a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California’s Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, as well as specialized training in:

  • Executive Functioning

  • Neuro-affirming Practices

  • ADHD Assessments

  • Modified DBT for Neurodivergent Clients

  • ACT for Perfectionism

  • ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) through Evergreen Certifications

If traditional therapy has ever felt like it wasn’t built for your brain, you’re not alone—and you’re not the problem. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding.
